The New Civil Code is coming into force. Are you ready ?
On 1 October 2011 the New Civil Code, approved through the Law 287/2009 and enforced through the Law 71/2011 shall come into force. There are numerous and important changes for your company – from the basic rules applicable to the natural and legal persons, their rights and obligations to the contracts used in the business activities and the statutes of limitation periods.
Because we are convinced that a good law is a law which is well known and well applied, the lawyers from Mircea and Partners undertook a permanent in-depth study of the provisions of the New Civil Code since it has been enacted in 2009.
